The Central Massachusetts chapter of the American Red Cross needed to affordably and reliably reach its constituents, provide disaster relief and prevention information, and raise funds.

But the chapter had no website, no online presence, and no way to accept donations electronically.

3000k developed a web plan that was approved by the national Red Cross and then built a site to that specification. The site provides disaster information, health and safety class details and registration tools, and online donations.

Results

The chapter website has reached nearly 25% of the population of its service area. The site led to an increase in volunteers, online donations, and revenue-generating course registrations. The chapter was so happy they even invited the President of 3000k to become a member of its board of directors.
